The cube spins on its own at a random moment inside this range.

All baked into the OBS link. Confetti is a burst of tiny cubes on every spin; the glow flares while spinning.

3.Voice Reaction · the cube is alive
The cube listens to the mic and lives with the voice: breathes while talking, dozes off in silence, shakes and saturates the image on yelling. Random spins wait for calm moments — they never stack on top of rage.
4.OBS launcher · one-time (macOS)
OBS only lets browser sources use cameras when it's started with the --enable-media-stream flag — no OBS setting exists for it. Paste this into Terminal once: it builds a double-clickable app with the real OBS icon that always starts OBS correctly. Keep it in the Dock instead of OBS and forget the flag exists.

Creates /Applications/OBS Kubik.app — re-run any time to rebuild or rename. Windows: append the flag to the OBS shortcut target instead.

5.Add to OBS

Enable the camera first — the link encodes which camera to use.

  1. In OBS: Sources → + → Browser
  2. Paste the link, set Width 1080 and Height 1080
  3. Optional: tick Use custom frame rate → 60 for smoother spins
  4. Always start OBS through the OBS Kubik app from step 4

Tip: right-click the source → Interact — clicking the cube spins it. Advanced URL params: &float=0.5 calms the drift (0 freezes it); &pad=1.4 renders the cube smaller inside the source so confetti gets more room — scale the source up in OBS to compensate.
